Since Petropak emphasises on quality of the product, utmost care is taken to ensure that the best quality raw materials are using in the manufacturing process. Petropak uses Cold Rolled Close Annealed (CRCA) Sheet as its primary raw material in the metal drums. CRCA has a low carbon content and is therefore an environment friendly alternative for packing material.

Petropak follows a strict quality guideline and employs a team of experienced auditors who thoroughly check every imported raw material, manufactured product as well as the procedures followed in manufacturing against diverse quality parameters and management techniques to ensure long life of the products under different conditions.

All products manufactured by Petropak has been tested and certified by the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) and each product goes through a rigorous testing process before being dispatched to the end-user
